Realizing that our clients experienced frustration in obtaining competent management for smaller properties, West End Associates, Inc. began offering rental brokerage and property management services to their investor clients. These services have become an integral part of our business and our rental inventory ranges from $300 per month apartments to $3000 per month estate homes.
