Do you charge a finders fee to prospective tenants?
No. We are a seller/landlord agency brokerage. All of our fees are paid by the owners of the properties that we represent. There is no charge for obtaining information or for previewing our rentals. There is an application fee ($25) however, when you apply to rent an apartment. This is a one-time fee which is nonrefundable.
How long does it take to process a rental application?
The process can take a few days because of contacting employers and landlords. Please make sure your rental application in complete when submitting your application. Anyone over 18 living in the property should complete the rental application. Attaching current pay stubs, proof of income, or section 8 paper allows the process to go faster.
How can I get a rental application?
The application can be printed online and returned to our office with the $25.00 application fee. Application.pdf
How much do you charge to lease or manage a property?
Our fees are not uniform or preset. We would need to inspect your property in question and quote a fee based on our inspection. Please call or email Rick McCauley (610-435-9669) for further information.
What geographical area do you cover?
Our service area is the Lehigh Valley. We do business in most of Lehigh and Northampton counties including the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, Whitehall, Emmaus, and Easton.
